The Happiness Station at AVIC INTERNATIONAL covers services including staff care hotline, professional training, care for expatriates, and crisis intervention. As a bridge between the company and its staff, the project aims to help staff elevate their physical and mental health, achieve work-life balance, and improve their psychological capital and self-worth, in an effort to enhance the performance of the company and its staff, and create a happy experience for the staff!
